RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY & FAQS
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from DiscountMakeup.me you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be un-used and unswatched in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

  1. Go to DiscountMakeup.me and click on My Account in the top right corner.
  2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
  4. Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Checked Item box.
  5. Choose to have the label displayed for immediate printing. Please email us if you are unable to print immediately, then click 'Return Item(s) at the bottom of the Page.
  6. The next page will feature a picture of the item and a barcode.
  7. If you do not have the original packaging, please return by placing a copy of the return confirmation with merchandise inside of a plastic bag and place inside the shipping box.
  8. On this page is where you can view for immediate printing. To display your label, click the orange link in the middle of the page "Click here to view your return label."
  9. Now just print it and tape it to your shipping box with clear packing tape.

How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?
Once received, returns are processed immediately. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
Please note that billing for the exchange item is subject to payment authorization and once authorized, it will post immediately to your account. While both the credit transaction and the billing transaction for the exchange occur simultaneously, it may take longer for the credit to post to your account depending upon the bank’s processing times for credits.
I used PayPal to make my purchase. Can I exchange my order?
Yes. If you would like to make an exchange, email us and we will provide you with options. Due to how PayPal is structured, we are unable to process exchanges directly with your PayPal account. 
I ordered/received the wrong product. Can I return it?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at info@DiscountMakeup.me for assistance.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at info@DiscountMakeup.me
